My 79 Warrior

what's up with all that hit ? o_O

okey at 80, but thats retardedly much, reforge som hit into crit / haste,

Now I don't know warriors that well at 79, but I know that haste scales really good witht the amounts you can get with that gear, on my dk I got nearly up to 90% haste without BiS gear or chants :)

proff's

10

U have cheapest enchants on every item expect weapons, get 525 alchi trinket and second proff (engy / LW)

Too bad alch trinkets requires lvl 80. But besides that yea, you could upgrade your enchant a bit (cloak, bracers, chest and tuskarr's on boots) and ofc reforge as much mastery into crit or something, and then dump some hit into crit as well. If you're serious about this char you should ofc level profs as well, engi and lw preferebly.

79 peeveepee?

pretty darn positive there are no 75-79 games. id prefer 80 anyways, more gear variety and mastery. and arena/rbgs if youre into that

True true, think 75 - 79 would just be silly, as there would be no real, how can i say, point.

Wile 80 is in fact very interesting, glad i did not level my light of dawn paladin, bg's are fun with wings >:B

I have a friend (mage) who has a level 80, near full geared.

He can pull out the equievelent of 85 damage, with his uber mastery.

He can easily beat an 85.

This has really put me into doubts if 80 is "interesting -when it comes to pvp-." And in my opinion puts the 80 bracket into the same category with balance issues as the 70 bracket.

Since of the faceroll damage, in comparsion or just as much as the 70 bracket, when it comes into terms with pvp.

But the 80 bracket can be 'interesting' when it comes to those who like pve, like the ease of 80 raids - which of course is fair enough

Care to give me his armory?

OT: I would personally play 79 bracket cuz I prefer non-resilienced PvP& the higher combat ratings from the Cataclysm gear.

I do agree on some points and disagree on some other, i can kill a "decent" mage on my paladin, altough i cant kill a "good" one as my wings are gone in less than 2 seconds from when i use em, or i just get an iceblock and once that one is down i have nothing much to use.

Yes it is unbalanced, like everything that aint 85 at the moment i would say, altough i still find it quite interesting and fun :p if a mage aint camping me that is.

80 mages do more dps than 85s. its because they dont run oom and they can sit there and spam arcane blast

no you cant play 79 as there are no games (afaik). and honestly the damage is already retarded WITH resil. but you would be skipping out on mastery which might help w/ balance somewhat. but its a moot point

i have a ret pal, arms war, and feral druid @ 80 atm and ive killed all specs of mages. but they're usually the bad ones....a good mage just has too many tools and hits too hard as a melee class so you need dps help or super strong heals. or to catch them with no CDs up. there arent many good mages tho, prolly like 90% are just free kills - tho you do have to be wary and not let the bad ones just free cast on you cuz even if they suck, if they have gear they can pretty much global you if left alone; just pressure them
