My 70 twink rogue and gear help

Any thoughts on my gear or what I should try to get next for my 70 I’m currently at a decent stat % but I think it could be a lot better I’m lacking a lot of raid gear never lucky but again any tips or ideas on what I should get would be awesome. That’s what I based my gear off of but I’d like other ideas instead of a set in stone thing you know what I mean.
