Criteasy @ Terokkar - Game Guide - World of Warcraft - I switch between Venerable Mass of Mcgowan + Scout's Blade (ambush increase) and Venerable Mass of Mcgowanx2

Get hit capped on your priest. Voice Amplification Modulator is also a better neck piece than the 3 stam
Also Lavishly Jeweled Ring instead of Garrosh 100hp to chest instead of 4 stats, boa helm, 22 int to weapon instead of spell power and I would swap Bracer enchant to stamina over spell power
Edit forgot sun belt instead of sorcerer also I prefer to use dignified headmasters charge instead of mace/OH and if you are really picky like me Serpent's Gloves have 2 more armor points.

why 100 health to chest?

The value of the 6 stam is greater than the 4 intellect. The 4 spirit is not enough to make any difference and is a wasted stat at that point

Use +4 all stats on chest instead of 100+ health (on Rogue) and 100 +mana on chest instead of 4+ all stats

Rogue looks good but- get satchel cape of the bandit, I would use Shadowfang keep quest shoulders for the crit, and the BoA chest piece. Here is my BiS rogue but ignore the azure scale vest and shoulders (I never got the Shadowfang keep shoulders so I have to switch some things to make it work)- Típtoe @ Bleeding Hollow - Community - World of Warcraft
