My 19 Druid

[Hoth]

I am working on a Night Elf Druid for Twinking in the level 10-19 Bracket, I want to know if what I have here is the best for my druid, so please post any advise you would have for me, or any item/talent/glyphs that are better than what I've got.

I have changed the Tauren to a Night elf so I can fund him on my own, I changed the items accordingly.

what are you trying to do? if you're trying to do melee DPS, i suppose i can see where you're going, but be warned: melee DPS is not a good way to go for druids.



there are three solid ways you can go

1) healer

2) balance dps

3) flag carrier



which would you want to be? because of your spec i would suspect you'd want to be balance dps.

Well its my first druid, ever, But I'm leaning towards being an FC.

I would change few things:

-find seal of sylvanas(horde quest reward)+8stamina/3strengh

-put a +22intellect enchant on the two handed weapon!

Because for a fc,you will need to switch many times between.Bear/tauren!



You could also find a +4stamina/4intellect gloves !

And put on a +15agility enchant!

for an fc, stamina is the main stat you want. it keeps you alive. intellect is the secondary stat as it provides you with mana to shapeshift. armor is nice to get but hey it comes with all the leather gear



head - lucky fishing hat

neck - WSG neck

shoulder - double stitched woolen shoulders

back - tranquillen's exalted cape +70 armor

chest - toughened leather armor +4 stats

wrist - 4 or 5 stam leather bracers, or 3/3 eagle bracers or 3/2 or something (they are rare..)

gloves - 4/4 of the eagle, leather +16 SP

waist - girdle of the blindwatcher

pants - smelting pants +16 armor

boots - footpads of the fang OR grizzled boots. can get minor speed on fang and +7 stam on grizzled boots for debuff, if you'd like.

rings - blood ring and seal of sylvanass

trinket(s) - pvp trinket and AGM if you can get it. engineering items are always decent trinkets too i guess



weapon - dawnblade +22 intellect

offhand - furbolg medicine pouch or eerie stable lantern if you can't get furbolg.



if you can't get the furbolg pouch then the PVP staff with +22 int is a good alternate.



spec: 0/0/8



the last two points can be put into genesis, subtlety, or feral aggression. subtlety seems best for premades while genesis seems like a kiter's option and feral aggression is more of a bear tanking druid's option.

for some reason people seem to think Double-stitched woolen shoulders is good? talbar mantle will definite trump that.



Remember, you have shift and you also need to cast and use roots. even in fc gear 6int>2stam.



At some point you people have to realize stacking stam out the nose does not make a good fc, you need other stats too, like armor, int, and agi to make it work to its fullest extent.

Back-Engineer's cloak with 70 armor

Chest-Blackened Defias Armor with Lesser Absorbtion

Gloves- change chant to +40 armor

Pants-Scouting trousers of the Eagle +40 armor

Ring-Seal of (x) + Ring of defense or Viridian band of the Eagle
