This is my mw monk. You will notice when you play that mw monks work pretty well in all kinds of gear but I've been playing it for a while now and what suits my playstyle the most is haste > crit > spirit. Mw benefit alot more from speed and crits than from spellpower since you gather chi to use your major spell that ticks. Since all your healing is based on your hot the gathering of chi is the most important thing.

24 brings alot of cool stuff to mw. In pugs I would use either a full haste and crit gear or a haste gear with stamina and spirit and in premades I would use a gear with as much haste, crit and spirit as possible. Mw doesn't go oom as easily as many other healers and does not need a full spirit set. I would recommand to remove all gear that doesent give either haste, crit och spirit but it's all up to you.

decided to make a haste set after i read your reply and my god the heals are so nice! thanks for the tip i'm still missin gear but i'm sitting at 20% base and 30% in serpent stance
