I do remember researching this, and I couldnt find anything that pointed towards it not being possible. However, you would need someone to fly you to the fishing spot and possibly guard you while you fish, and then guard you while you use it in case you get the elite or w/e. I was not into fishing when i played in BC so I do not know for sure

Back in BC, the only pools that could spawn Mr. Pinchy were in the three "flying only" areas.

When I was in Terokkar, I could not find a way to get into those areas by foot, so I think you would definitely need P2P flying help to get Mr. Pinchy and the "Outland Angler" achievement.

Bizr has Outland angeler, so she must have been flown

yea but don't you still get the achievement when you loot it, not when you activate it. Then again im thinking of the camel mount, so maybe not.
