Move to Xenforo + Skin Design Update

Hello everyone.

The new skin design for Xenforo is almost complete. I have some responsive tweaks left to do for the skin and it is ready to go. Sneak preview below!

As for the migration date over to Xenforo, I would anticipate the migration to happen sometime this coming week, at the latest, next weekend.

I will give at least 12 hours notice before the migration to let you all know when it is coming!
