Well, if you want a list of what a solo F2P can achieve/collect, check my character in my sig. This is a single character solo-only account created right after the Shadowlands pre-patch. I don't have everything, obviously, but it's a decent start for what's possible to get by yourself.

was this a change from last patch? because i grinded out all the island mounts and pets using F2Ps, including all the vendor items. have 40+ quest items i never turned in, and some pirate hats

i just went to snug harbor and qued, shows time in que but no average wait. sorta like you see on a XP off player queing for BGs

No its been like that since shadowlands. Actual F2Ps don't have access to queue themselves, unless maybe if they did the DK glitch back in the stone age. Vets and Linked F2P can queue no problem though if they have high enough level characters on the accounts they are linked to

today, i was getting some wildvine potions on the way i qued for a island expedition at the table, this time showed a showed a avg wait time of 3min, i got a pop like 30 sec later, went in completed, no issues on a 20 F2P, aolo qued

my F2P account is linked to a inactive unsubbed account. i know there are some purists when it comes to F2P. what about just creating a bnet and pay for 1 month. do nothing on that account and let it go inactive, then merge your F2P account to it? the F2P account would gain nothing from a account never played

Once you do https://www.wowhead.com/quest=51904/island-expedition on any char you unlock it on your entire bnet account.
