My friend thedaredevil @Dare has burrowing shovel
But yes very very rare only 2 people I seen with it
 
@Holythane do you have a comprehensive list of GFd boes? (Mainly the green ones). Im think about making a couple more Gf’d sets.

Been asked this a few times, may make one but it is pretty easy to look on wowhead.
Things to look out for:

Items that say unavailable.
The mob that drops it level is lower than the item.
The mob is no longer in the game.
Wowhead comments of people saying it no longer drops.
