Well, I believe people were saying it was happening, just soloed to the first boss in RFC (easily on ret pally) and got this:

Saw it in TBC before, first time in classic... tho dungeons are all borked so didnt try much.

edit- wait... does RFC count as Cata, not classic? I get confused on that stuff.

Read on WoW forum post that SFK and Deadmines were dropping properly scaled items. Looks to be the case. SFK on L29:

Test running Gnomeregan for the versa ring on L29. Of course it socketed and still requires level 30

No idea here. It was difficult enough just finding the Gnomeregan entrance in 2022 lol. Went from Undercity, to gnome starting area Gnomeregan, to Booty Bay, to Grom'gal.

I think they're listed under cata in the adventure journal, cant think of another reason I'd know they were cata.

Good stuff on gnomer, I ran deadmines about 4 times on patch day and got zilch upgrades. Moved on to other things...

Unless they can proc epic, it's not much use given the current ilvl situation. But awesome nonetheless. Really itching for TBC drops with 4 sockets and such, rings and trinkets, stuff like that personally... wish they'd figure out the dungeon crap.

edit- TBC is still upgrading on live too, just only dropping level 30 as well so I have no belief that it's going to stay that way yet.

Yeah was farming for the shadowbolt trinket for my lvl 30 spriest but assuming they fix the lvl issues I will be coming back for a lvl 29 spriest.

btw classic can proc terts on live not just ptr.

And just to confirm blues can proc socket in classic dungeons. off to try tbc ones next lol.

My optimism was geared towards them fixing scaling in the near future but all these screen shots of classic procs with socket have me feeling quite excited for the future of DF twinking! Has anyone seen Epic procs in Classic, TBC or WoTLK dungeons yet? DF has the potential to be the best twinking expansion ever imo in terms of gearing. The damage in PvP is another story all together. We’ll complain about that another time though. I’m hype af to farm full Warforged Tert TBC/Classic gear if that is indeed what is brewing up behind the scenes

None. So far.... curious if WoD even still is, havent checked that either. But yah, would love epics everywhere.

Ran Ramparts after morning restart. Still required level 30 for level 29 drops.

Ran SFK 27 times to 3rd boss before morning restart. i86 drops for level 29, but haven't seen any socket, epic, or tert procs for either the level 60 or 29. May be just bad luck, but seems like it's setup different in there.

i can run som wod dungeons on my lvl 14 warrior since she solo's them really easily this weekend and check.

Glad to see terts & sockets of Vanilla gear though. That's gonna be real interesting!
However, I can't care about this until they fix the equip level issue.
