Your options are pretty slim for this color setup.
You could go with a guildless guild tabard, or the ebon blade tabard but i honestly don't recall if this is still obtainable for f2ps.
You might able to get away with the gilneas tabard as the blue is very dark and the gold would kinda match up with the straps on the legs.
I suppose technically tcg tabards are an options but if you wanted to buy one of those you probably wouldn't have made this thread.
Personally If I'm going with the loincloth I pick a slutty chest mog as well with no tabard but to each their own.
