Scratch the 20-29's mark, you obviously forgot about the fact that druids didnt have travelform back then untill 30 etc, so yeah, they'll have a bigger impact than they used to have.
druids had cat form which allowed them to move 30% faster than normal running with 2 points in feral swiftness, shamans had GW at 20 for 30% speed also. xp-off 20-29 rolled awhile into CATA until bracket died due to hunters and never recovered from issues that also afflicted 19's in last 2 years. druid TF was never game breaking in 39's, but helped on close games
19's currently have more utility and mobility than 29's, 39's, ever had in van wow, BC, wotlk:
-hunters with DE, spec'd posthaste could quickly make it to bases
-shamans have insta GW with same 30% speed boost
-rogues although they lost sprint, they stealth around faster than players can run (way faster than years ago)
-monks.....enough said there, bigger BGs would maybe bring out more
-mages have blink (which they had then) but don't have to be spec'd fire or have to wait for blazing speed to proc, which is now instant....both on low CDs
-paladins are way better off with speed of light 70% boost on 45 sec CD or H-pals using HS to build up HPs to move at 30% with pursuit of justice
-warlocks, demo have demonic leap on a low 10 sec CD
-druids TF plus speed talent or displacer beast
-priests and warriors would still be as slow now as they were back then
vanishing powder is cheap, making it much easier to respec talents than is was back then too.
still stand by.....too many players crutch on the mount excuse, and/or never played back then. 19's in it's current state along with another incoming expac changes will imo never be able to support anything but a 10 vs 10 BG, except maybe on a rare occasion.
