MoP Features for F2P???

With Mist of Pandaria now included in the battle chest, F2Ps have access to some features such as creating monks....

Does that mean we now can visit Pandaria , Battle Pet and etc?

those should work if MOP is actually activated on your account (you should be able to create a monk).
