MoP f2p items

so far all they did was just renamed a few pieces of gear and added low level gear that's not BIS for us. perhaps a new model will be added to the items.

Any notion about new BoA's?

RFC is being completely redesigned, while Stocks is not. At this point, it looks like a no.
Point its illogical to put quests for them there. Its in dangerous territory to put one of their own NPC's there, same goes for Stocks. If they add one in RFC for A, I'm pretty sure they'll do the same thing in Stocks.

People could complain about alliance having quests in a orgrimmar dungeon, but not otherwise.
But dunno if there would be enough p2ps complaining about that, and doubt Blizzard would care about a low lvl dungeon anyways.

Probably not what you were thinking of, but yes. There is Burnished Warden Staff which is probably for monks, since they won't be using 2H maces. Being a weapon, I expect it to be purchasable by JP. Melee clothies rejoice, as well as druids I guess. Interesting about this BoA, and all MP BoAs, is that at 20, the stats are much higher than they are currently. I'm not sure if this is to compensate for the lack of ranged and melee weapons being equipped at the same time or not. Something else that seems odd, Bloodied Arcanite Reaper gets a massive stat boost, but loses DPS, and so top end damage.

48 - 72 Damage
(16.0 damage per second)
+22 Strength
+33 Stamina
Requires level 1 to 80 (20)
Increases your critical strike rating by 22 (6.81%)

63 - 95 Damage
(21.0 damage per second)
+7 Strength
+11 Stamina
Requires level 1 to 80 (20)
Increases your critical strike rating by 7 (2.17%)

All this could simply be Wowhead calculating it wrong, or it could be compensation for a lack of equipping ranged and melee weapons at the same time. It remains unclear at this point.

Another interesting thing to note, as far as stats go, is that it seems 20s will require less hit rating to reach cap. Again though, the cap could be higher, it could be a miscalculation on Wowhead's part, or it could mean we can take less of a stat hit to reach cap, which would be nice.

...not sure how we'd tell as wowhead still lists stuff in the live database that is no longer in-game (and hasn't been available in-game for years). also, i'll probably remove the current gear in the list that is just getting stat changes. There's a LOT of gear that will see stat changes including all items with spell resist, all hunter/caster weapons, and all our resilience items.

All of these things are good for my fury warrior who has most attacks based off attack power and can always get some more hit. (Gonna get dem Gorewalker Treads)

Mana has been reported to no longer scale with intellect. This could make spirit more valuable as some classes/specs go oom rather fast. Has mana-regen changed? Any input on this?
