Correct, if you send it in the mail again the tranmog will be removed

It will probably remain transmogged seeing as they thought they fixed it and we still have mogged boas on our 19s

Yep...as well as ever. If anyone is having trouble, be sure that after you mog the item, you don't put it in your bags. Drag the item directly from your armor slot into the mail. This seems to allow things to work more consistently. Helms, unfortunately, are the most stubborn mogs to get to stick. I've spent a pretty penny at 375 g a pop...
