Mixology question

Level 2 scrolls are definitely sold in limited quantity by vendors, I've been buying them myself in SW and UC.

Scroll of Stamina II - Item - World of Warcraft

So are all of you stockpiling herbs in a bank, or keeping herb too? I've been sticking to eng for stunning bombs, which would force me into either a gathering prof or alch/inscrip but not both at once.

(And if you are stockpiling herbs, why not just stockpile the scrolls/pots? Also, wouldn't committing to using an alch recipe drastically inhibit your ability to pick up ench or bs for mana oil or sharpening stones?)

Tbh, I find it easier to just stick to Toughness and pop vendor-purchased scrolls only when I'm part of a carry group or a group with a healer.

Just curious how you all are handling your profs logistically, seems like a headache.

I have many BS stones, but I plan to just dump herbalism for enchanting and mana oil when they run out. Enchanting can be done on its own. BS requires mining too. If I do manage to get swiftness potion recipe, I'll be keeping alchemy. As for potions, I either run Stocks or buy vendor potions in limited supply, the same with the 5 stam scrolls. The heal pots you make with alc are only half as good as the vendor ones, so are basically junk.

I tend to stockpile a couple of stacks of raw material to re-level a Profession, but on my most advanced toon (a Warrior, though argueably my Holydin is catching up fast) I keep Mining for the Stam and because it allows to gather mats for BS, Engineering and especially JC (Healing Statues, golden in randoms).

As an avowed alto-holic, I park 'inactive' toons near a Vendor for the pots and stuff.

With Horde having only one really accessible one (unlike Alliance) - Wallace the Blind on the beach of North Tide's Run, Silverpine Forest - this is a bit trickier because my toons are on the same server/faction (obviously not because of the usual mailbox but besides personal logistics/often dc when switching Realms, the number of Medium RP servers isn't that big) but so far so good.
