Mistweaver monk with cloth armor?

Hello,

I am totally new to the level 10 scene and I had good fun with my fury warr but now I am making a mistweaver monk.

I see a lot of people use the cloth set from tbv but it doesnt appear in the drops when I look in the adventure guide, how do I go about getting that?
