Zircon bands. i'm guessing (hoping) they'll still get changed into random enchants (got 10 in the bank and hoping for at least one or two +agility ones). Blizz definitively said spell resist is going away, but they only thing they've really changed so far is the racials. its still on the lava dredger, magic resist pots, rings, etc. IMO, it'll change when they get the chance.

As far as I'm aware it's not. I thought it was a regular enchant and available to both factions. o_O
 
It was only sold from the horde enchanting trainer in org iirc, so still horde only.

How was I not aware of this? Wow. Finally Horde gets some love.
 
But Alliance can get the +5 mana to chest, which becomes +20 mana. Right now our BiS chest enchant is +15 Health. I would assume that when mana regen gets nerfed, the extra mana would be BiS over +15 health which is negligible,
