Over the course of the last few weeks, both classic and retail gameplay has become very repetitive and seemingly stale. For many it almost seems as though the game we are playing is just missing something different. That's because it is. We need 19s.
A handful of twinks from both classic and retail brackets (19s, 49s, 70s, and 85s) have been testing out the state of 19s on a mop private server known as "TauriWoW" in which the patch is 5.4.8. This patch is not only towards the end of the expansion (when 19s were arguably at their peak) but it was also around the same time that the very first 19 twink cup was played back in 2014.
Activity on the server has been highly active as of late. With the arrival of some well known twinks like Pitterpatter and Hairytreeman from 19s, Dizzen from 19/20s, Remdog from classic 49s, Mue and Kebbos from 70s, and Atlas/Blackberry from 70/85s we are now very close to being able to have daily pops with a bit more community influx from all brackets.
The download and overall gearing process is fairly simple and completely FREE !!!!! The server not only has 15x leveling but it also has rapidly increased drop chances and reputation gains. So while there are no vendors to instantly grant you BIS upon arrival, you still get to easily obtain items such as the Furbolg Medicine Pouch.
With level 90s on standby to personally chauffer you around via 2 seater flying mount gearing has never been easier! We have guild banks on both horde and alliance with an abundance of BOEs and enchants on standby, so that as soon as you ding 19 and turn your xp off; you can be ready to que/play in a matter of minutes.
RULES - 1) No Enchanting of Bind on Account (BOA'S)gear pieces. This allows for players that
posses level 90's on the server to be just as competitive as those who do not.
2) No Brewmaster Monks. This allows for a faster paced meta, that encourages underutilized classes that would otherwise be deemed unplayable in a premade setting due to the nature of Brewmaster Monk's and their utility.
