I was wondering, so I tried it. ^^ One tick with low value.

I was retaking Halaa and hitting Lifeblood in between runs and while waiting.

Wowhead says: Value: 30 to 90
17 x non-crit Lifeblood: 38 to 94 (average of 63.1)

3 crits in 20, values 134, 158 and 166

Lifeblood heal has saved my Warriors time COUNTLESS times. Its really proven his worth before and still hold it not only for the Haste buff.
