For hunter scrolls (stockpiling through inscription) is vers or agi the better buff?

I think it's easier to buy them from NPCs.

Vendors dont have the level 2 scrolls (yeah im a super nit picky min maxer xD)

Sure they do. They're just limited supply and on a countdown timer. Check the vendors more often.

If it requires 60 or more in a professional skill, than most likely locked out. If it requires 70 or more in a professional skill, it is definitely locked out. The difference between the two is my hazy memory; simply don't remember if it's 60 or 70. I don't have any veteran characters.
