Indeed its retarded. happened to me yesterday in wsg, thought to myself "this cant be right, surely blizzard isnt that dumb" and sure enough every target it did it too same thing happened.

i guess one way to get around this is macro ./cast [@yourname] Power word:shield

its not a latency issue, i know how solve this issue, just expressing how bad blizz have left things after mop PTR.
