Yes you need to be 20+ to enter, can queue both on vet & f2p acc, but can't queue on 19s

I have tested the other mobs and they are not scaled but also not dropping loot. A 110 killed the next boss and the trash before him for me, was not able to loot anything. Looks like no fun for us :X

The Knapsack thing is trash because it is a once a day thing and some bad luck may be the reason for missing the epics from this event...

As far as i know the loot chance is reduce by level but you still able to loot high level mobs from time to time in the open world. The loot i got from the mob in question was some silver and 2 frostweave cloth.

Let's see if we can get green or blue loot from the dungeon loot at least from this npc. Would be great

Why is it that every holiday event has been bugged for looting at some point lmao. They need to get onto whoever programmers are in charge of event scaling.
