Midnight: no more 10-12 Holy Priest twinks?

As you may or may not know, https://www.wowhead.com/spell=390622/rhapsody is gone from the Midnight priest talent tree and replaced by Lightburst, which turns Holy Nova into a 30s CD.

People are not happy.

IMO that hurts 20 Priests more than 10-11 Priests, since you can't get Rhapsody on 10-11 anyways. I don't have any experience with a 12 Priest, but my 11 Priest just spams Holy Nova anyways, so Rhapsody wouldn't do a lot of stacking. On my 20 I use Holy Nova less frequently, but when I want it I want it more than once every 30 seconds, so that's worse news for him.

Very sad about this. My 12 priest was my favorite of all the 10-19 bracket.
