medium or rare

how do you like it done?

I like it medium rare, towards the rare side, so that its still warm but the red juices flow aplenty :D
... we are talking about the same kind of meat right?
 
I only started eating meat a couple of years ago, and after I had a fantastic rare steak, I realized most of the other meat I'd had in my life was a lie. I love the USA, but it is a travesty what this country does to meat, and to food in general.
 
get egg or komodo joe to 700 degrees. burp grill. s and p the steak. put steak on grill for 30 seconds and flip, repeat 3 more times for total of two minutes and good grill marks. serve
