ive been trying to find that info somewhere, where'd you confirm it? only thing that I've seen is a level requirement for the things you can get AT each rank and the amount of CP required per rank. I did see someone post some info claiming a specific level of 41 required to reach knight(rank 6) but only a forum post 
albeit i only have done a few searches while on lunch break haha.
