Max level dmg bug

As of today a bug has appeared in pvp and pve @ max level causing certain spells/abilities to hit for crazy amounts (lightning shield one shotted ziqo in arenas)

update: now it does not allow to Q for any pvp

it just happened, certain abilities would do absurd amount of damage, it's fixed now, but read my post above

Yes. People went from 900-2.7k in hours. And several guilds downed Archimond mythic in no time as well
