It works fairly well actually, I'm usually 1 - 3rd dps out of the entire game.

Looks like Repurposed Lava Dredger with +25 Agi is in the same boat. So Massive Battle Axe of Power is the best choice for an AP Whore Huntard.

hunters cant use maces if i remember correctly. Also, if you really want to go for max AP and forget about everything else pick whatever race has the highest agil/int combo, idk which one it is though. Just another thing to consider.

Your better off going somewhere in between the int build and the AP build

Headmaster's charge will beat the massive battle ax due to the built in crit and int. Plus 9 stam.

I love the cocky hunters with the AP sets. It really doesn't matter how good you are when your waiting to be resurrected after being 2-3 shotted by muah. Go with a balanced set imo.

my BE hunter with max ap set on minus boas



but like a bunch of other ppl have said stacking a bunch of ap neglects everything else 500 HP and 340 ap mite seem fun but u die so fast its ridiculous



my suggestion for a hunter would be LFH, sent medal, herod should, lizardscale cloak, the hitrating boa chest, wranger 3/3 falcons with 7int, TCS or the boa staff with 22int and another with 25agi, 4/4 falcons with 15agi, screecher belt fang legs fang boots wif 5 hit 3/3 falcon ring and wrynn, with the normal insig/agm & Boa bow



prob best set up right thar and yah i left out a bunch of enchants i was too lazy to do all of them

The point was to get as much AP as I could. I chose a BE because they start with the most Agi+Int for a Hunter.



I'd obviously have a balanced set, but the bland cookie cutter builds get so boring.

500 health on a hunter is a bad thing? Not really...



You DO get buffed with Rum, Priests and Druids, that is atleast another 200 hp, if your packing mining and engineering instead of skinning thats atleast 300. MY AP hunter is BOAless atm but can get just about any balance / agi n int stacking hunter down to 1/3 of their max health before getting wtfpwnt. Having the right pet may help as well

anyone who sees a hunter rocking less than 900 hp is just going to make a beeline stright for him its just an instinctive reaction people have.

Kinda funny how many twinks use the "Display in Percentages" over the displaying your enemies health . And staying in a group is a pretty smart idea too, I personally love hugging against druids and other hunters.

I love hunters that hug my druid, it makes it so much easier to blow them up, or if im not feeling up to it its easier to hold them still while waiting for a shaman to tear his face off.
