Yo, i slayed both of these in zangar and got epics of both.

Is chance 100 procent epics or im just Lucky ?

Striderhide cloak of fireflash was 10 strenght/15 stam 8 crit 6 hsste.

Lurker pauldrons aint that Good, just some extra stam. And itm lvl 72.
