Mana regeneration enchants buffed?

I was just looking at enchants and I noticed that Enchant Chest - Restore Mana Prime and Enchant Bracer - Mana Regeneration are different. They now increase the regeneration by 1 mp5. This is a really nice buff. When was this changed? I am pretty sure it is really recently but I haven't seen it on the forum so I just thought I share.

This is true, it happened a few patches ago, not too long.

so yeah the others are right, it dates for many months now.
