I have been toying with it yesturday, my Internet went out so that's slightly disturbing. I have noticed that I do loose 10 ilvl to accommodate this, although when it does proc I jump from 300k or so dps to as high as 800k on a 101 Skada DPS meter. Now I do have mediocre gear compared to the likes of other high I level Havoc DH, I am liking the cloak over the boots. Sadly I went from 122% mastery to 95% mastery when I do wear the cloak.

I use a combination of Keybinds and Razer gear such as the Gamepad and the Naga. Otherwise I figure something else out.. Yes I do use all those buttons...

But the like 9, 0, -, = is on your keyboard?

I don't get how you can move, hold the mouse and press that button at the same time

the keys are all on the mouse. The game pad has my shift key and quick keys for bags, map, WASD, Dungeon Finder, and other useful quick keybinds.

Thanks guys... I am a bit sad I lost like 8 ilvls but.... gives me something to strive for with the gear matching the cloak Leggo.

Have you managed to proc the cloak with mastery proc from Eyasu's mulligan? ;D

I have tried this out. From what I have experienced its all RNG based on damage. By the time you proc Eyasu's mulligan, Chaos Blades would have already finished with its proc. I would have had the Mulligan go on its timer and hope that the cloak would proc chaos blades. So far I have only had it proc 3 times before Mulligan's timer ends. I went from 300k+ DPS to 800k+ when this happened with the haste was up, Meta was up, Mulligan was up. it was nice but It rarely does happen.
