Making another twink, rogue this time. Need gear ideas.

I draw the line when im under 3k hp, same goes for my hunter, on which i use Sliter on since i get stam on my gun now. I dont think crit is doing well atm for rogues so i use boa head instead =) would trade 4 agility for 13 stam, putting me on 2.7k hp

Again, why do you draw the line at 3k? What's so significant about it? Why isn't it 3.5k or 4k? If you are going to prioritize agility over stamina in some slots, you should use that same stat proritization on all your slots. If you are using loom head, you may aswell also use loom legs and other high stamina gear. The stat prioritization should be consistent with all your gear, therefore if you are using Troll Bane's Leggings it would make sense to use 13 agi head aswell.

cause 3k hp is enough to not get 1 shooted by most classes. I dont need 3.5k-4k hp to live long enough to kill someone, thats why ive put 3k as a limit.
Using boa legs over trolls bane is not as worth using boa head over 13 agi head. Why i think so is cus I want to stay over 3k, which i will & its the best slot getting stam on for agi/ap stacking losing the least stam =)

It's a bit personal preference for me I prefer 1 agi > 4 crit and 1 agi > 4 stam

You should really look into http://www.wowhead.com/item=9485/vibroblade for off - hand I use it on my WW atm it rocks.
