Making a 59 twink rogue

Asking the community for gear list or what would be BiS is one thing which alot of people offered you. Asking where items drop and quest is lazy, especially when sites like wowhead exist for that very reason thus makes you look like a "prick" yourself when somebody tells you to go there to research yourself instead of waiting for answers.

Going to put the suggestions into my gear list, hope no one minds and I will credit the thread.
A couple of weapons I wouldn't mind an opinion on are Coldrage Dagger and Dragon's Call.

Has anyone tried the 2-set weapons from the spider bosses in LBRS recently? Last time they were mentioned on forums, it was one of the most powerful weapon options as it kept your target immobilized indefinitely

One was from mother fang, the other from rare spawn right by her, Crystal fang I think

Looks promising. How often does it proc - because I think other weapons have higher damage and provide more consistent damage however those look promising might farm em later.

I’ll be on around 4 central if you want some help. Crystal fang only spawns like once or twice every 10 resets, and the dagger is lowest drop on her table, so could take a while. Just let me know

From my understanding, they proc extremely often, but I think they were being showcased in a video on a monk if I remember correctly, could be wrong. Although I’d think all melee classes can make it proc quite often. Assuming it hasn’t been nerfed

I found a gear list but it doesn’t mention weapons. What weapons are considered BiS for outlaw and for sub? thank you!! Also need a guild for my 59 rogue alliance Bleeding hollow!

Both sub and outlaw are strong in different situations at 59. Sub is better for Soloing people but do not discount outlaw. I do well in 59 War games with this outlaw build, as outlaw has more tools and useful stuns (between the eyes, adrenaline rush, grappling hook etc.) . https://worldofwarcraft.com/en-us/character/us/stormrage/quisper

I have them. Doesnt seem to work at all but ive only done minimal testing

Did you equip and start testing immediately after? Or did you wait a few minutes?

i hit wolves in burning steppes for an hour and didnt see any root procs.

ed. honestly if it did work i;d say it'd be a 'gentleman's agreement' item set to not use in wgs, like pummeler.
