As of before the server shutdown today, the ring from the Motherlode didn't work, and neither did the Logic Loops from HK-8 in the Junkyard part of Mechagon. I have yet to get a ring from the Workshop. I'll report back if I do.

On a side note, both of these dungeons have been revamped already. There's more trash, especially in the Workshop, and some packs have been moved. Legacy loot is retained for 70+ in the Motherlode, but no longer available in Mechagon. Heroic/Mythic is inaccesible for the Motherlode altogether, and will presumably require level 80 to enter when it's reopened. They didn't add a Normal difficulty for Mechagon like they did with Siege of Boralus. Or at least not yet.

EDIT: got a Shorting Bit Band, no dice. I suppose you could still check ToP, but I'd just wait until next week and do it then.

I had a few toons get cursed with banked XP, which I discovered only on Monday night after I resubbed the acct to fill some bags & slap some enchants on gear I'd farmed.
So, here I was... cramming in 5 toons before reset & spending the whole night grinding the damned NW rings, only to find that they can still be gem-slotted.
I had it in my head that they would no longer be elligible come 11.1, but aie... hopefully they'll still work tonight too.

I wonder if it’s possible that NW might permanently offer socketable rings, albeit unintentionally

Perhaps since TWW, whenever a dungeon gets put on the rotation and gets whatever scaling treatment applied to it, it would be a semi permanent mainstay going forward.

Well... I'm not optimistic about that, but... we will find out come March 4.
For my part, I'm taking advantage of this opportunity, seeing as I had to re-roll more than a few of my twinks;
& I just couldn't get everyone's loot Monday night.

Would be really crazy if players could show up later on this year & kit out with any augmented loot made available through the M+ seasons.
