Magisters' Terrace on level 25s

Just fyi but though you cant port to the Isle of Quel'danas via Shattrath (requires level 30), you can be summoned there and you can also set your heath there. Magisters' Terrace normal is unqueable, but entering the instance scales it down to your level and many of the socket drops might be BiS for you after nerfs. Heres me on my 25 (previously 60):

What's worse (for 30's) is TBC Normal Gear is iLvL 36 while TBC Heroic is iLvL 33, because reasons. I've found a couple TBC Normal Dungeon items that are superior at 30 (Hunter) than anything that drops in any Raid from Vanilla to WotLK, explain that nonsense.

Also, while you're there, unlock the fly path that is now usable (couldn't unlock the flypath before prepatch on low level)
So even if the portal from Shattrath is lvl30 req, you can still take a *really* long fly to the island and farm the dungeon on your 25s

Can't proc? What do you mean? Do the sockets just not work?

@cannotbestopped He means TBC Dungeon Gear cannot proc Epic, an Additional Socket and/or Tertiary Stats. TBC Quest gear CAN proc Epic but nothing else.

Oh ok. Side question, does item level increase how much stats give? I have an item level 37 belt on a level 29 warrior that gives 7str, but I lose 17 strength when I unequip it.

Nevermind, it was just the passive that gives 5% primary stat if you have all plate.

Or you can just fly there from Silvermoon if you want to do it the normal way.
