Magefist, Mindthrust Lv 19 scale?

How does these two items scale at req lv 19?
If they do, what are the stats?

Magefist don’t scale like that because they’re not instances specific
They scale with +8 and end in required level of 0 or 5

They scale to item level 23. But I am unsure on the stats (because I went to bed). If you want to know what the stats are, go to your transmog tab and search them- link them to yourself/in ‘/say’. It should adjust the stats to what they would be if they dropped for the toon you link them on.

Mindthrust stats are 5 int 7 stam and 5 vers if i remember correctly at ilvl 23 ofc. I have 2 sitting in bank

19 Mindthrusts are : 5 Int , 6 Stam and 3 Versatility. ilvl 23.
