Mage twinking guide 10-19

here's a decent list of gear that i would use for my CC mage..
head - fishing +100hp
neck - pvp neck or 3 stam one
shoulder - talbar mantle
cloak - tranq cloak (7 stam) or miner's cloak from vc (6 stam)
chest - bloody apron +100 hp
bracer - 4 stam green ones +9 stam
hands - 4/4 of the eagle or magefist +hit rating or 15 agility
belt - 4/4 of the eagle or that 3/8 one (forget the name)
pants - 5/5 of the eagle or darkweave (4/7/6) with nethercleft
feet - fishing boots with boar's speed or bright boots or 4/4 of the eagle with minor speed
rings - seal of sylvanass or seal of wrynn with 1 or 2 blood rings
trinkets - agm/pvp trinket
weapon - that 5 stam one from the blood elf quest +22 intellect with the furbolg rep offhand (10 stam) if you're horde, idk about alliance (would still suggest the furbolg rep offhand)
max stam is the way to go for a CC mage imo, you won't need too much mana for poly/frostbolt/frostnova but you will need health for dealing with hunters and other forms of dps

+Frost Damage isnt really the best way to go if you want a damage set for sh*ts on a mage, go for a max fire damage set if you want that.
I think it has something to do with the level of frostbolt being too low at 19 to do any damage and that the next rank to be on par with their fireball is at 20 or somethin'.
