Title says most of it, I'm looking for a nice cloth transmog for my level 19 mage!
Prefer ones specifically for a human male.

I think that everything that comes from a quest up to lvl 60 is available to mog on a lvl 19. So I'd say that you should log a lvl 60+ cloth user and look for cool parts that has lvl lower than 60 and quest for it.
