You are gonna want a trinket. And you need Rune for hit cap. Get DPR. LFH and MM are enough stamina. It's so hard for me to take MM over the crit boa shoulders but the amount of stamina you get for 1 int... you pretty much have to. I'd change belt out for Nobility.

Edit: To answer your question: int trinket over haste; AGM over Tyran.

Delete the mage and roll Arena Tournament.

Normally I would say BM trinket. But.... And this is a big but, given the changes coming in 6.0 I am predicting that AGM may become more than just a status symbol once again. I have not bothered with them on my shaman in last 18 or so months like I have in the past but they may be worth getting. Not really looking forward to it. I may have to "hire" a mercenary.
What you should do is look at your spellpower scaling and see if that 7 spellpower really will make a difference or will the haste? You have all week. Do your calculations and choose wisely. Above all have fun.
