Depending on your MMR, the queue can be from instant - 15 minutes. Average queue for average MMR is around 5 minutes
EDIT : Forgot to mention that is for 2s, 3s queue is almost non-existant(you can get a pop if you're lucky, i got 7 last season) while 5s doesn't pop at all.
