Lvl 71 or 72 lock?

so i have a lvl 71 warlock sitting around and want to twink him out, i know that him being 71 pretty much screws the benefits of resi. so i was wonder would a 71 or 72 lock still even be worth it? since i could get eng. goggles and i could get SoC.

tbh might as well go 74 and full pve gear to do as much damage as possible, warlocks don't have much survivability as it is and without resil you might as well. So make like a hunter and go full pve gear

imo.

Why would anyone stop at 71 or 72.. stop at 70 for the feeling or level to 74 for the noobishness ^^

lol well dory's guild and nc, both use lvl 74 bm hunters for their added survivability, and this is why i leveled my 99% bis hunter to 74
