Does the +5 res to all cloak enchant change?

I'll check the gnomer rings, and 5 resist enchant tonight. Have not been on beta in awhile, it was disconnectpalooza for awhile, maybe it's more stable now.

Spriests changed slightly:

Orbs are used to cast Devouring Plague (lvl 21) now. Shadowy Appraitions are now a lvl 42 spell.

I really like what they did with shadow looking @ that talent calc.

Resist chants become stats, similar to the +4 and +6 chest chant.

Weird. I had expected it to become "PvP Resilience". Oh well.

Spell penetration is a PvP sepcific stat, so is becoming PvP power. Resistance is used in PvE as well, so is not becoming PvP power. In the case of cloak chants, stats only. It's unclear what Gnomer rings will be. Possibly just adding onto the stats like the random Revlosh items from Uldaman.

Has mana-regen changed? With smaller manapools, will spirit become more important?
