lvl 14 hunter bis gear and best spec

I'd highly discourage rolling a 14 hunter. You will be hunted down and murdered in every BG you enter. But on topic, finding BiS gear for any bracket, especially one like this with so few options, ISN'T HARD. As long as you have 1/8 of your brain and about 6 minutes of free time, you can easily find BiS gear on wowhead. I absolutely refuse to do it for you.

go to wowhead look under database>items>slot>add a filter for lvl 1-14 gear

what is the point of "blackballing" 14 hunters. if you know anything then you would know that a 14 hunter is far less OP than a 10 hunter. let the nublets make whatever 10-14s they want to fill the bracket and get Qs. crutching on disengage won't make any difference to the game.
