Lvl 10 Necrotic Wake no loot?

I made a lvl 10 monk and been farming for the 2 rings and I get it that rng can suck but I haven't seen a single boss item drop for the past hours... does it need lvl 11 character? cuz I had no such issues on the lvl 11 warrior and druid...

It happens...
Ran it 20 times or more on some toons with the same results. Others, got it the first run.
I'd try running with another toon in the party, either another twink on an other acct. of yours, a preferably lvl 70 so as not to get legacy loot;
or just run another instance to frshen up your drop counter.
It will eventually drop.
