Lvl 10 Druid help

I am looking at creating a lvl 10 druid. I am looking for both a casting set (for resto/balance) and a feral set. Would someone please link some chardevs for both of them? The only thing I have gotten from quests so far is the Moonstalker Bracers and the Silver Embossed Boots. Eventually I plan on getting all of the boas for shoulder, chest, head, cloak, and weapons so those are fine for the chardevs.

Are you willing to faction change? Are you looking for a haste build? For balance, I believe you have to stack haste, because you still have longer cast times. It could be close to 3 seconds, unless you have haste stacked. I would recommend 2x haste trinks, the darkmoon robe with haste, +10 haste on gloves, and then obviously 55 haste lifeblood.

If you faction, obviously get the ring from Knucklerot/Luzran. Unbound Leggings from the Loch Modan quest for 1 crit, 1 stam, 1 crit. I'm not sure how you want to reach hit cap, but trogg-slayers and +5 hit rating would hit cap you for spells. Or you could use GSoJ plus +5 hit on boots and sacrifice using Furbolg Medicine pouch.

Is haste any good at all for resto? or is haste primarily for balance? What should I get for gloves, bracer, and boots for resto/balance? And also, which would be more beneficial the stam enchant for bracers or the intellect?

I've never tried a resto druid. But, I would think haste is valuable for any spec and class, I would have 2 sets of gloves, enchanted differently. For gloves, I would seek out Fine Leather gloves. I think that is 3 stam 2 int for leather wearers. Boots would be silver embossed, 3 crit is amazing. Bracer would be those bard's bracers of the not sure what it's called, but 1 stam/1 int. For the enchant, I would once again have both of them, one with int and one with 9 stam. I would use 9 stam, because 90 hp is valuable at level 10.

I'm currently playing a 10 druid!
I've been using different armories to work from, but mainly "of the Eagle" gear works well (stam and int)
I'm resto currently trying it out, same gear as i used for Balance.
I'm not a pure haste build, but i have the Sorcerer robe, and 10 haste on the hands and trinket.
unsure what weapon i'm gonna roll with for my final build.
