Yes, as soon as you rez at westfall gy, you will have all racials on your lvl 1 worgen.

Go in the corner, delete HS & unstuck, run outside the wall, all the way to the lighthouse. Swim around the invisible wall and walk on the "beach" all the way until you leave general chat. Then you want to die(auto unstuck). Then you start logging off. In the last second, press release spirit, and you just ress in Westfall. To activate your racials, you just have to attack something.

Never done this, or even tried. Can you give me the details on what specific corner, lighthouse, beach, etc?

The lighthouse which is located on an island at the top left corner of the map over Gilneas.

Archeology a bit.
Today I tried to leave zone at lvl 1 on my worgen (did it 2-3 times before) and I went as usual, to the white fall, fallen down, went near the border until "left channel gilneas" popped, died, logged and released spirit at last second. When I resurrected, I was in Merchant Square, near the place I spawned. This happened 3 times. Is the leaving way patched or I do something wrong?
