There aint really a "perfect" lvl 1 warriorgear.
As a warrior, the gear depends on:
-DPS/Tank
-PvE/PvP
-In PvP you have to match the gear against your opponentclass
I could link a list of all my gearpieces/enchants if you want but my tip is: Look on enchants that's available and try

Bankarens Guide to Warrior
My gear:
Head: Violet hat (Pumpkin is better tho)
Neck: Voice amplificator
Shoulders: BoA shardshoulders (1 resi more then the emblem ones)
Back: Vispy cloak (70 armor and 3 agi (resistance fire, shadow, nature))
Chest: BoA plate (100HP and 4 to all stats) BoA lether(4stats) Haliscan(150 HP)
Shirt: Any (Sleeveless t-shirt)
tabby: Any (Tabard of the Explorer)
Bracers: Startingvendor(9sta and 9str)
Gloves: Startingvendor(2%threat(sux pretty much), 10 haste and 15 agi)
Belt: Startingvendor
Legs: Haliscan(40 armor)
Boots: Startingvendor(Minorspeed(locks/mage/hunter), 7sta, 5hit, 7agi)
Rings: Any (The Rock and Noble's Elementium Signet)
Trinkets: 2 BoAhaste and 2 AGM
Ranged: BoAbow
So to the weaponpart... This is really a question of what you prefer, but I have these weapons:
-Venerable Dal'Rend's Sacred Charge (unholyweapon)
-Venerable Mass of McGowan (Lifestealing)
-Repurposed Lava Dredger (Unholy and 20 haste)
-Bloodied Arcanite Reaper (20 haste)
-Grand Staff of Jordan (unholy)
-Cracked Buckler (7 sta and felsteelspikes)
Now different gearsets I use:
Against rouges: Full HPgear except shield where I use spikes. 1h sword with unholy. (haste on gloves)
DPS: Agiback, 4statsleatherboachest, 9strbracers, 10hastegloves, 5hitboots, 1haste 1AGM (or 2haste)
I use Staff for maxhit on normalhits untill nearly max rage then I switch to axe and spam HC.
Tanking: Same as rouges exept 5hit inst of sta on boots. If I loose aggro I change to 2hmace with unholy and spam HC.
Professions:
My professions are mining and herb ATM as I'm supposed to tank. Buy If ur going for DPSonly you should get skinning instead of mining.
Race:
As a horde i would had been a Tauren.
But on the allyside it's much harder:
-Human has Everyman for himself (gr8 against disc-rays), and 3-expertice. (Also increased stealthdetection and Diplomacy)
-Dwarf has 10HP more, more str in basicstats and Stoneskinn.
-Drenei has Gift of the Naru, Shadowresistance and 1%hit.
-NE has Stealth, 2% less chance to be hitted, 25% (faster corpserun)
I made this char as a bankalt and choose race from the look. I'm considdering a change to drenei or NE. But Human has worked very well for me
