Lvl 1 twink in ogri'la, HELP!

While gaining rep from Shartuul, I realized my level 1 twink hadn't yet discovered Ogri'la, and is 23xp from hitting level 2.
I tested summoning brand new level 1's to the quartermaster, and every spot i tried by him got 55 discovery xp.
Is there ANY way for me to get that trinket now when I have the rep?
 
The shitty part is he's already been summoned there, and is honored. Just looks like the map isnt opened >.>

I know im hijacking the thread here a bit but i tried to get rep for shartuuls event on my 19 rogue. I got myself killed close to the transporter, released and ran to my corpse and sat there as a ghost while the booster did the event he only killed 1 of the bosses though but it did not give me any rep. I did not have an ogrila rep bar on my character at that time is that why it didnt work? Can you tell me in pm or in the thread in depth how you do to actually get the rep?
 
You have to be partied with them, and you/they only gain rep on the final set of bosses (eye, dog, and shartuul himsef)

Ahh ok. So as far as the logistics goes i pull a mob and go die close to the transporter, release and run back to corpse then i get inv from the booster that completes the event while i stand there as a ghost and i get rep?
