Lv 11 Necrotic Wake question

Wondering if with the rug that Blizz pulled from under us regarding Warbank withdrawl on a trial account that maybe they changed some other thing that is keeping me from seeing the Stitchflesh ring.... been here 50+ times with no luck. I have run both with my level 80 main and a fellow twink that seeks this ring with me. I am also in Shadowlands Chromie Time. Any thoughts or advice? Sorry if this question is obnoxious, new to twinking.

Did you take the secondary skip in oribos?

If you get no loot at all, weird bug probably
If you’re getting loot but not what you want, bad rng probably

I should probably add that you’re not guaranteed loot if running solo

I did, I found out yesterday that's what messes everything up. Confirmed when i made another toon and made it sit through the Oribos intro
