I can't be sure of this but om my lvl 5 druid I went and killed https://www.wowhead.com/npc=10359/sriskulk#drops:0-18+1 20 or so times and did not receive any uncommon drops. Then I went to westfall and killed https://www.wowhead.com/npc=519/slark about 10 times and each time I received an uncommon item but they were scaled to lvl 10 versions(ilvl 13). I also killed some normal trash in westfall that have a chance of dropping uncommon items and some of these dropped items that were not lvl 10 but still not the lowest they can be. I am not sure if I had to be lvl 1 to obtain the lowest versions or if the scaling is just broken. Now the reason why I put that title it because some items can only drop from rares and 1-20 zones did not give me any uncommon items from rares and the same items in 10-60 scaled to lvl 10 versions. If anyone has any better reason for this then please do inform me.
